1. Over deze voorwaarden
Deze voorwaarden gelden voor het Tuuned Dashboard en voor het koppelen van een TikTok- of Instagram-account daaraan. Het dashboard is een dienst van Tuuned (KvK 90924177, info@tuuned.com) voor haar klanten.
2. Wat het dashboard doet
Met het dashboard volgen Tuuned en haar klanten de resultaten van de video's die Tuuned maakt, zoals views, likes, reacties, shares en volgers. Na een koppeling leest het dashboard deze gegevens alleen uit. Het plaatst, liket, reageert of volgt nooit iets namens het account.
3. Koppelen is vrijwillig
Alleen de eigenaar van een account kan het koppelen, via de officiële login van TikTok of Instagram. Je kunt de koppeling altijd intrekken in de instellingen van TikTok of Instagram, of door te mailen naar info@tuuned.com.
4. Gegevens
Hoe we met gegevens omgaan, staat in ons privacybeleid. We gebruiken de gegevens alleen om resultaten te rapporteren en betere content te maken, en we verkopen ze nooit.
5. Regels van TikTok en Instagram
Bij het gebruik van de koppeling gelden ook de voorwaarden van TikTok en Meta (Instagram). We gebruiken hun koppelingen alleen zoals zij dat toestaan.
6. Beschikbaarheid en aansprakelijkheid
We doen ons best om het dashboard goed en veilig te laten werken, maar kunnen niet garanderen dat het altijd beschikbaar of foutloos is, bijvoorbeeld als TikTok of Instagram hun koppeling wijzigen. Voor zover de wet dat toestaat, is Tuuned niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade door het gebruik van het dashboard.
7. Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen. De datum bovenaan laat zien wanneer ze voor het laatst zijn bijgewerkt.
8. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

Service. The Tuuned Dashboard is a service of Tuuned (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 90924177, info@tuuned.com) that lets Tuuned and its clients track the performance of the short-form videos Tuuned produces (views, likes, comments, shares, followers). After an account is connected, the dashboard only reads this data. It never posts, likes, comments or follows on behalf of the account.
Connecting is voluntary. Only the account owner can connect an account, through the official TikTok or Instagram login. Access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok or Instagram settings or by emailing info@tuuned.com.
Data. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. We only use it to report results and improve our content, and we never sell it.
Platform terms. Use of the connection is also subject to the terms of TikTok and Meta (Instagram). We only use their APIs as permitted.
Availability and liability. We do our best to keep the dashboard working and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, for example when TikTok or Instagram change their APIs. To the extent permitted by law, Tuuned is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the dashboard.
Changes and governing law. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
